I agree that an officially supported system package is the best option, when it’s available. But I’ll happily install a flatpak if that isn’t the case. And yes, it would be great if we could get a universal standard.
Yes, there are plenty of server apps that are available as flatpak.
It’s very hard for a project to maintain packages for all native packaging formats, though, especially for smaller projects. A universal packaging format is sorely needed and flatpak is the best we have right now.
Same with ghosts, spirits and whatever “paranormal” phenomena people like to fantasise about.
I wouldn’t trust people who have no idea what 95% of everything that exists actually is, when they tell me what’s impossible.
I also find that marking stuff with “not interested” works pretty well. Some far right bullshit pops up occasionally but it’s quickly dealt with.

Be competent at what your company actually does (as opposed to viewing everything through spreadsheets). View people as assets not as cost factors. See it as your job to empower your employees to do what they’re good at. Have a long term perspective of how you want to develop the company and what you see as success factors (as opposed to just staring at quarterly numbers). tl;dr: don’t be an MBA.
