Cell phones, when they had personality. The 2000s was such a good time for them, you had so many designs. Slide out keyboard, panels that can slide, sleek designs, some had actual buttons .etc

But we’re now relegated to just a varying series of rectangles and squares. Yay…

I’ve only registered to it when I feel I need to interact a little more than few on here. I’d last long enough until I’m shadowbanned or banned outright because of a report from an overly-sensitive redditard.

I keep registering just out of spite though because if Reddit cared about alts or shit, they’d re-tool their registration by now. But, Reddit never learns anything so why not keep abusing it.

It’s only been getting longer between times though before I consider re-registering again. Just playing the whole ban evading whack-a-mole with them. But I do make my feelings known time to time about Spez because that shithead can still go fuck himself and that stupid grin of his.

Fuck your shopping ‘experiences’. People want to buy shit and get out. I saw at Wal-Mart recently these tables for ‘Customer Appreciation Day’. Fuck that shit.

Will it last?

That’s always been my concern. I’ve seen a lot of great alternatives come up over the years, some last a few years, but some also have lasted a couple months. I think the Fediverse as a concept and as an idea will last a lot longer than anything that branches off from it. So even if Lemmy dies or KBin goes or something else. There will always be a Fediverse and something will come off from it that will continue.

We already knew this. It’s just a grifting thing now.

When we die, we’re recycled. There’s no Heaven, Hell, Rainbow Bridge, Valhalla .etc Because those are man-made constructs to give people a sense of belonging based on what you did in life. Someone talked to me about the Egg Theory and while I have a bit of skepticism towards it, I do understand a plausibility about it.

And if anything from the Egg Theory is true, then cool, I’d love nothing more than to be recycled and born into a life from the past to live it out again.

Projecting, to me anyways, is when someone is forcing a narrative for the sake of an argument. It’s like an advanced stage of making strawmen. But now it’s all forced so they’re just forcing it on you.

Yes they have. They’ve just recently nuked on the Switch emulator.

And you can bet that if they could, Nintendo would go out of their way to sue any other emulator developer that emulates their games. The only things saving some of those emulators is technicalities like open-source.

Okay so I’ve watch some of the video and I’m annoyed by it. A problem in the video has been highlighted when it comes to indie games and that’s genre favoritism.

Indie game development seems to have such a hard on for roguelikes, strategy and anything that is addicting with retro visuals. That to me throws a lot of red flags. He does show some other games from other genres, but the ratio is evident. A lot of the games don’t really impress me that much and that’s coming from someone who has already been spoiled with the best of what indie gaming had to offer in previous years.

That guy is also kindof annoying too. “I realllly want to play”, “addicting” .etc

I swear there is one dude who is like a frequent news reporter, I see his name nearly all of the time around the instances. But yeah there seems to be just a handful of people who represent the minority that just chat away.

My store is out of them but right now it’s wafer rolls. They come in orange, vanilla and strawberry flavors. All of them are damn good and I end up eating the whole jar once I start eating a few of them.
