Go read up how capacitors work before you try reinventing physics.
In physics lab we had 2 linear polarizers and by varying their relative angle, could polarize or block all light.
I also used a circular polarizer, but that didn’t feel as polarizing to me.
You’re trying to invent a lousy capacitor.
The clavinet caused a brief resurgence of interest in the clavichord because it solves the “too quiet” problem of the original.

Still miss my LG VX1 that closed with a nice <thwack>
I threw an end of summer BBQ and invited a bunch of friends and family. I didn’t sweat who could make it or not, it was just great to see a bunch of friends. I didn’t even mention it was the day after my birthday.
Point is you may be too old for a birthday party, but you’re never too old to hang out with friends.
For making choices. It’s not a race, buddy.
You’re saying your wife’s pleasure doesn’t matter to you?
“First is best”
To avoid overthinking decisions that don’t really matter, the first acceptable choice is the correct one.
Save your indecision for stuff that matters.
So the conclusion is basically “pull down resistors don’t work because vendor screwup”?
Any plans for a new HW revision?
Sometimes you roll the Katamari, and sometimes the Katamari rolls you.
LOL defender of the EULA
Yeah, was just joking that this isn’t new and Valve were being dicks for enforcing a nonexistent NDA.
They already reviewed it on The Verge a few weeks ago after the NDA expired.
You’re mixing up user blocks of an instance with defederation.
If you want to hear from them, why would you block them?
Isn’t that how it’s supposed to work?
In a federated system, only the instance admin can block others from commenting.
You can ignore, but you can’t prevent them from replying to your public posts.
I disable on 2 of my local news sites because they need every penny, but not on local news sites owned by major publishers.
