Have your read 11/22/63? It’s Stephen King 's take on what would happen if a time traveler tries to stop the JFK assassination.
Great book, in my opinion.

I started and stopped Red Dead 2 several times over a few years, because while I enjoyed the story at first, it just wasn’t gripping. Then eventually you get to a point where the story picks up and you’re hooked. It has such a good ending.
Lol I think we’re around the same age. Definitely too young for evil clown Tim Curry.
Stephen King’s IT was broadcast on network TV during primetime. I remember being excited to gather around the TV to watch a movie and oooooh boy was not prepared. I don’t think my parents let me finish.
I saw this in my 20s as well, somehow never having heard a thing about it. I thought it was gonna be a standard sci-fi movie. Boy was I surprised.
Also, I’ve heard about that lost footage that they filmed but never released. Shit sounds wild.
Better rule, if the vehicle detects that the turn signal is not active and you’re making a turn, it engages temporary self driving and delivers an electric shock to the crotch .
I remember that post. Always made me wonder if that really happened or if it was just good story telling.
I just finished playing this game on PC. I didn’t know you could get Ship of Harkinian to run on a Steam Deck! I would’ve liked that so much more than using a mouse and keyboard!
Nice! Hope you enjoy it.
The pantheons was the only thing I never beat. Shit’s crazy.
I loved To the Moon. Imposter Factory was great as well.
It’s configurable. I personally think Sync is the best Lemmy app out there. I started with Jerboa then Voyager, and feel that Sync is by far the most polished. It’s not FOSS though, so I get that it has a bad rep here. Personally I’m happy to pay a bit to the dev to support his awesome work for something I use for far too many hours every day.
Yeah, I get those are options. I just like having thumbnails for most everything else, since I hate clicking little text links on mobile. I used to use RiF back in the day and that was always painful for me.
The blurb being gigantic is my main gripe. I use Sync, which includes a thumbnail of each link. The bot is wordy as fuck and links 5 different things. So every time I go the comments section, it looks like this:
Yeah, old.reddit is good for porn. Otherwise new reddit wants you to use the app and login for porn. That’s weird as fuck. Don’t track what I’m baitin’ to.
Prego
From my experience, they speak mostly with their hands
Nice to meet you, I’m George.
…welp, I gave it a shot.
